B. 3,000-20,000 sq. ft. of floor space $150.00
C. Over 20,000 sq. ft. of floor space. $250.00
5) Carry-out Establishment $ 75.00
6) Bed & Breakfast Establishment $ 75.00
7) Locker Plant $ 50.00
8) Limited Service $ 50.00
