SEASONAL AND H1N1 FLU SHOT CLINICS
The LaGrange County Health Department Nursing Office will resume our Monday and Wednesday Walk-In clinics starting 1/11/2010. Clinic hours will be as follows: Walk-In Clinics Monday and Wednesday from 8:30 am to 11:00 am and 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm. Appointment Clinic s on Tuesday from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm and our off-site Immunization Clinics on Thursdays in Shipshewana and Topeka. These clinics are open to anyone 18 years and younger and there is no charge for vaccinations. Donations are accepted.
The Health Department will also be having a weekly H1N1 vaccine clinic on Wednesdays from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm. This will be a walk in clinic and the vaccinations are free. This clinic will be located in our building at 304 N. Townline Road, across from Parkview/LaGrange Hospital.
The Health Department still has doses of Seasonal Flu Vaccine. Children may receive this free of charge. There is a $20.00 charge for anyone 19 years and older.
