NOTE: Due to an unpredictable vaccine supply, not all vaccines are available at all times for all children. If you are less than 18 years of age, you must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Please contact the immunization coordinator (499-4182 ext 228) for more information.
• Vaccines (Vacunas en Español) are given based on guidelines from the Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) schedule

For children: The Immunization Clinic administers free of charge the following vaccines to children through 18 years of age:


• DTaP - diptheria, pertussis, acellular pertussis
• DT- diptheria, pertussis
• Td - tetanus, diptheria
• Hib - human influenza type B
• Varicella - chicken pox
• IPV - injectable polio vaccine
• MMR - measles, mumps, rubella
• HEP B - hepatitis B
• HEP A - hepatitis A (age 12 to 23 months)
• MCV4 - Meningococcal (college freshman)
• PCV7 - pneumococcal conjugate
• Rota Teq™ - Rotavirus New!
• Influenza - flu (seasonal) ("Flu") ("La Gripa/Gripe")

 

For adults: The Immunization Clinic offers the following vaccines:

A. Hep B $38.00 (Per Dose) X 3 shot series = $114.00

B. Hep A $32.00 (Per Dose) X 2 shot series =  $ 64.00

C. Twinrix $53.00 (Per Dose) X 3 shot series= $159.00
